I moved at the end of a DC summer, which, as many of you know, is my absolute least favorite time of year because it’s just hot and sticky and gross. Consequently, a lot of my warm things are either stashed somewhere at my parents’ house or in a last few bins that never quite got unpacked.
This is most unfortunate because it got cold here this past week! Dani and I tried to take some pictures last Thursday night and we were so freezing that it kind of failed. I also wasn’t wearing anything on my ears or hands so I was especially grumpy. The next day, because Kendall legit didn’t have any gloves, I ran out on my lunch break to see if I could grab cheapies for the two of us. H&M had some men’s gloves on clearance then I ran to Forever 21 for gloves + earmuffs for me. All told, I spent $12. Not too shabby!
I think the best way to view cold weather accessories is to think of them as an extension of your outfit. Like, you have to wear them anyway, why not love them? All of my picks are under $100 and all of them would make for a great last minute Christmas/ Hanukkah present!
