Hi all! It’s come to my attention that the affiliate links below are now broken. If you’re looking for awesome, affordable makeup brushes, I would recommend trying Brandless brushes! For unproblematic and inexpensive makeup, I’ve been loving Colourpop! Happy shopping!

I  make fun of myself all the time saying “I don’t know how to girl.” In the age of everyone being offended by everything, this is probably not a great thing to say, but I just mean I’m not awesome at being classically feminine. I whine like a toddler every time I wear anything with a heel, my hair is usually in a topknot or ponytail (and usually rooty af), my makeup routine for every day is a BB cream and mascara on my upper lashes, and I prefer a good graphic t over a blouse. I wouldn’t say I’m a tomboy, AT ALL, but I just can’t always be bothered with the stuff I guess I’m supposed to care about, beauty wise. I definitely have no idea which makeup brushes are supposed to do what.

Whether you’re a seasoned makeup professional or a n00b just trying to figure it out, LiveGlam is a great way to build your beauty arsenal. Check out the details on this month’s MorphMe brushes + KissMe lip colors from LiveGlam and sign up for your own boxes! I like that they tell you specifically what the brushes are to be used for as most of the time I straight up guess!

Do you subscribe to any beauty boxes? Any you love? I definitely want to hear about them in the comments below!
