I have a confession: I am a shopaholic. No, really. I saw in a magazine article, years ago, that one sign of being a shopaholic is that you shop to cheer yourself up and you shop to reward yourself. That kind of hit me and I’m guilty of both. It’s never gotten so out of control that I really find myself in an issue, but I finally got my savings account where I’d like it to be and I’ve been paying extra special attention to my finances since then. I’m also now sharing my life and home with someone I truly love, and we want to build a future together. I find that even with the amount of clothes I do have, I gravitate towards my tried and true pieces and mix it up with shoes and accessories. Point being, I have reigned in my spending, and I’m proud!

But that doesn’t mean I can’t look! And because of blogging, I’m constantly finding treasures online that I would prefer be in my closet. I figure if I’m not buying them, I can at least share them and curate a collection of pieces I love for my readers. That’s kind of what blogging is all about, isn’t it? Sharing what I love.

Even though I’ve really been considering creating a capsule wardrobe with simple pieces to glam up with accessories, I totally fell in love with the Zest of the Bunch A-Line Dress in Deer from Modcloth. I think it would look absolutely darling with brown boots and a denim jacket. And speaking of boots, I guess I’m really rough on my shoes because the zipper on my two-toned boots is ripped. #sadface I’m thinking about replacing them with Tommy Hilfiger Silvana Riding Boots.

Lulus has really been killing the shoe game and it’s been SO HARD to not jump on both the Imani Black Suede Thigh High Boots and the Emmy Burgundy Suede Pointed Loafers. Both pairs are under $50 and selling out fast, so if anyone wants to get them and wear them in my honor that would be greeeeeat.

I need another bag like I need a hole in the head. Ask Kendall. But I can’t get over my craving for a burgundy tote for the fall. I think my favorite that I’ve seen is the Whitney Cowhide Leather Bag in wine. I also really love the Lenox City Tote from Mark And Graham… frankly in all of the colors. And remember when I showed you all the overnight bags? This one is still calling to me.

Lastly, I can’t keep my eyes off this ‘Easy Rider’ Faux Leather Moto Jacket in green. I really have to check Nordstrom tomorrow to see if it goes on Fall clearance because that would be worth a spend.

For more of my favorite pieces, you can always check out my “currently craving” on my sidebar. If you click on the picture, it’ll take you right to the page to buy!
