I love your ability to develop a theme through such distinctly different pieces! Hanging art on the walls has been a work in project for almost a year now for us lol. One thing I will say is that you want to wait until you see how you live in your space before you buy too much. I had so many ideas for our house in the months leading up to us moving in – then once the pandemic hit in month 4 of being here – it made me realize how differently we USE our space. Go in with some ideas, but let your room function aide in the design process. I can’t wait to visit and see it all come together in-person!

It’s so hard not being able to take part in special annual traditions! Glad for the community that they’ve found some creative ways to still help their businesses, but sad for you and your friends. I keep telling myself how much more meaningful all of these traditions will be when they come back next year (hopefully!).

In reply to Ally Brunette. So I ended up doing the rug, bedside tables, vanity, bed, and comforter. Wanted to hold off on the dresser because it's not *quite* what I wanted, not sure what I want to do about the mirror, and I already have a lamp! Can't wait to see how it all comes together!
