Weddings can be expensive enough, so when it comes to the bachelorette, it’s no surprise if funds are running low. Plus it’s expensive for guests to attend weddings too (travel, clothes, gifts!) so keeping costs down before the wedding is probably good news for them too. But just because you’re on a budget doesn’t mean you can’t still have an incredible bachelorette party! Here are three ideas to consider.
Bachelorette Party Favor
Party At Home
The great thing about throwing a party at home is it’s convenient, and you can make it as expensive or as inexpensive as you like. If guests each bring a bottle, you will save massively on the alcohol. Alternatively, you could create a cocktail or punch mix in a large drinks dispenser for everyone to help themselves. All you’d need is one bottle of alcohol, some juice, fizzy mixer and chopped fruit. You can buy decorations from Dollar stores, eBay and other inexpensive shops that cost next to nothing but help to get your place looking party ready! Whipping up a few nibbles yourself to create a buffet again needn’t cost much. If you wanted to make, it look a little fancier, set it up as an afternoon tea. Get a couple of mismatched cake stands online or from thrift stores, and display a selection of pretty cakes, pastries, and delicate sandwiches cut into fingers. Pinterest has loads of ideas, you could make it look fantastic and save a huge amount compared to booking a similar thing at a restaurant. There’s no entry fees or queuing in the cold- a party at home certainly has its benefits!
Male Dancers Show
For something fun and a little risque, how about watching some hunks at a male dancers show? At less than $20 a ticket it’s a surprisingly inexpensive evening out, so great if you want to go out but without breaking the bank. Groups like http://www.hunkstheshow.com/ tour different areas, so you could see if anything is available locally when you’re arranging your bachelorette night. It’s something a little different and sure to be plenty of giggles with your group!
Party Bus
You can hire a party bus for two hours for around $350. While this might not sound like a budget option, many can host groups of up to thirty-five people. This means you’d each need to pay just $10! Even a smaller group of fifteen would pay less than $25 which isn’t bad. On board there will be things like lights and lasers, music, a dance pole, karaoke and a bar. You have your own personal, mobile nightclub! If you’re going on a night out for a few drinks for your bachelorette, this could be the perfect way to get there (and will probably be the main event of the night!). Round up your group and book something like this for a night to remember, and best of all it costs each of you hardly anything.
