I know I just had a post of how I’m loving delicate necklaces, but I have to say I’m also adoring the trend of heavy chains. I have a dupe of PETIT CD CHOKER NECKLACE from Christian Dior because Dani pointed out that CD also = Caroline Downing but I am naht paying over $500 for jewelry that’s not even 14k gold just for the name, which happens to have the same initials as my own. I would link the exact one I have, but the shop is gone from Etsy and part of me is wondering if they were taken down for creating dupes. This one is really similar to mine and even comes with a bracelet! (If you know me you know how I love my bracelets. Once I put them on, they usually don’t come off until they literally fall apart.)
Anyway – I think the chain look is a bit funky and can elevate even jeans and a t-shirt. One weekend, after feeling particularly cooped up, I rocked it with a bodysuit and jeans to Target, for no reason other than I felt like looking extra cute to go anywhere. Make everyday your runway, bebé.
