I have this thing with leopard. Pretty sure that mostly comes from not being allowed to wear it as a little kid. Mathy has come around and even rocks it herself occasionally, but to me its essentially a neutral for dressing up or down or sideways or whatever. My one rule is one leopard piece per outfit.

This rule is allowed to be broken if you’re a fabulous little old lady at church in which case pile it on and I cannot wait to be you one day. This is not something I’m making up. There’s a couple of women at St. John’s Lafayette who dress all the way up for church. I’m talking head to toe leopard with matching hat and gloves. And then they sneak out after communion and I like to imagine they go have a boozy brunch and flirt with cute waiters… but I digress.

Today I’m bringing you the ultimate extra skirt, styled two ways. I like to think of the first as “brunch” and the second as “New Year’s Eve” but to be honest you could call them “girls’ night” and “date night” or any title you want. Basically, one is more casual and the other more dressed up.
