Everyone wants a magical, perfect wedding, but if you’re really honest with yourself, you also want your wedding to stand out. No one likes to admit that they want their wedding to be better than the one that they attended a few months ago, but it’s the truth, and it’s fairly understandable. Your wedding should be as unique as you are, so if you want yours to stand out, then have a read of the out-of-the-box ideas listed below.

Avoid White

When you think of a wedding, the first thing that usually comes to mind is the white wedding dress. However, considering that white symbolizes innocence and purity, it might not necessarily apply to your relationship. If you want to stand out from the crowd, then skip the white wedding dress, and go for one of the many other colours available. You could even dress your bridesmaids in white, so you’ll really contrast.

Fab Favors

Your favors are supposed to be your way of thanking your loved ones for attending your wedding. Youwant to be unique, so you can do something completely different. There are so many better ideas for favors, such as toys for the little ones, personalized bars or chocolate, wedding favours magnets, or even sunscreen if you’re having an outdoor wedding.

Guest Transportation

If your ceremony is a while away from your reception, then you’ll likely be transporting your guests between the venues. If this is the case, then why not make the journey fun and unique by choosing some really out-there transport. Black cabs, red double decker-buses, yellow school buses, or even hot air balloons are all options that you could consider and are all way more interesting than a boring wedding car or limousine.

Rent A Video Booth

Back in the day, photo booths were sure to give your wedding an air of uniqueness and were a really fun thing for your wedding guests to do. These days, they’re still fun, but they’re also incredibly common. Video booths, on the other hand, are a relatively new idea, and the fun clips that you get from them can be inserted into your wedding video and watched for years to come.

Take Dance Lessons

Most weddings involve the bride and groom having their first dance before anyone else is allowed on the dance floor. This is a lovely idea, and looks great on your wedding video, but isn’t very unique, especially if all you and your partner are doing is the waltz or even just swaying side to side. Instead of this, take some dance lessons, and kick it up a notch with a surprising routine. Anything out of the ordinary, like a street dance routine or a tango, is sure to get your wedding remembered.

Your wedding is the day that joins you and your partner together for the rest of your lives, so it’s important to make it special and unique. Hopefully, the tips above will give you some inspiration for your wedding.
