This post was sponsored by VIIcode and I received free product for review. As always, opinions are my own!
Aside from the skin woes I mentioned yesterday, I have been way better over the past few years about preventative care for my fair skin. SPF is a must, as well as a moisturizer. But I’ve been neglecting my eyes! That is until VIIcode reached out to me asking if I would like to try their oxygen eye cream. And now I’m wondering why I left my eyes alone for so long when I can get what feels like a spa treatment right at home, especially if you try to turn your beauty routine into a ritual, like I do!
Make sure to start with a clean face, then gently massage your under eye with the crescent activation strip. Honestly, I was tempted to skip this step, but whether this was psychosomatic or not, I really did feel like the cells under my eyes were coming alive! It’s sometimes good to follow instructions, no?
After the little message, just dab a tiny bit of the VIIcode T2 Oxygen Eye Cream (VII pronounced ‘vee two’) under your eyes. Oh my goodness it smelled and felt so good from first opening. The cream has no greasy feeling to it, but a nice thickness. It makes sense that it smells so good because of the key ingredients:
- Elderberries: Antioxidant content maintains the skin cells, leaving you with glowing, younger skin
- Jojoba Oil: Not only firms and keeps your skin hydrated, but also useful in lessening the appearance of skin wrinkles. Rich in antioxidants, which help regenerate the skin cells.
- Evening Primrose: Boosts blood circulation, which is helpful to treat tired skin and eyes and is especially effective in removing wrinkles.

Using this stuff is literally giving your skin the royal treatment. Apparently, Napoleon Bonaparte’s wife, Josephine, is said to have used this same luxurious formula, developed more than 250 years ago.
History lesson aside, I fully endorse this eye cream. While I’m not seeing a significant difference in dark circles per say, my very sensitive eyes love the stuff, and they feel brighter and tighter. I’m tempted to use it all over my face, but I want to treasure my little bottle of VIIcode T2 Oxygen Eye Cream and make it last.
Oh I love the idea of the activation strip! That’s so cool that the same formul was used by royalty!

The activation strip was such a pleasant surprise! I didn’t think it would do anything but it really did!
Informative post. I just want to share my own experience with eye cream. I am 41 years old. I have not been using any facial products for many years. I had these terrible dark puffy eyes, which I hated. A friend of mine told me where to buy revitol eye cream. And oh boy what a wonderful product. My frown lines between my eyes are 80% gone. I am feeling and looking 200% better. The dark puffy eyes are gone. I am all bright eyed and puffy tail at the moment.
