230307_1005204770279_9519_nI’m somewhat of a bag fiend. I come by it honestly (thanks Ma!) but I am, and my collection stems past purses into backpacks and overnight bags. I didn’t really give overnight bags much thought until high school. Vera Bradley was very en vogue at the time and it was like “who can have the most colorful bag?” Those bags to the right- an actual picture from my trip to Busch Gardens with my honors choir where we took home top prizes in every category thank you very much.  Mine is the far left. It was monogrammed, obv. My current weekender is a  Betsey Johnson, and it’s serving me well. Hot pink + black with hearts and patent leather straps- it’s a sturdy li’l thing.

Recently, one of my best friends asked me if I thought she needed a weekender bag. Short answer- yes. Totes are lovely + rolly bags are convenient but I truly think you need something in between. Plus, who really needs an excuse for another bag?picmonkey-image-3-894x1024
