Birds on point

So… there was never supposed to be an outfit post for this outfit. The dress is a few years old and, honestly, I pulled it out of my closet before I took a shower and crawled into bed on Monday night because I love how it fits and it’s kind of a great standby when I don’t feel like actually picking out an outfit. It’s also nice summer going into fall because while it’s sleeveless and not very heavy, it incorporates those fall reds and oranges- plus my favorite, navy! When I put it on Instagram at 8am yesterday with an absurd caption and apparently I was right that my birds were “on point” and people wanted to see the rest of the outfit. So here it is!

Although I’m not even sure where this dress is from at this point, I know it was a gift from my mom when she was in LA- which probably means Macy’s. I linked more “on point” dresses with bird patterns, all under $50, below. My shoes are also a couple years old, but I found a similar pair here.
