One of my favorite tops in high school was actually my mom’s Easter dress from when she was about the same age. It was a really light chiffon material with dainty red embroidery. I loved wearing it was a shredded denim micro-mini and my cowgirl boots. I was certainly finding my own style at the time, but it was cool to be wearing something that my mom also wore in high school.
Embroidery has been coming around in a big way. I actually fell in love with an embroidered utility jacket, but according to the size chart I’m like a large and that particular size is all gone so there we go. I’m especially loving the peasant-y dresses and floral shoes though! Such a pretty look for summer! (And the Betsey sneakers are a total dupe perfection move in case you don’t want to shell out the cash for the Gucci version!)
