When I was putting together my gifts under $25 post, I was so tempted to find all of the cute girly things to give your gal pals, but that wasn’t my mission, so I set aside those ideas for a post all their own. I’ll admit that I’m not truly a glamorous girl. I love playing with makeup, but I have no idea what I’m doing. I love the idea of heels but hate wearing them. But sometimes it’s fun to pretend I’m a real lady.
…Actually, you know what? I’m a lady + I’m real so I need to stop talking about myself like that. It’s ok that I’m currently rocking leggings and Uggs. My favorite color is rainbow glitter and I have an ever-growing collection of tutus. You can do both, enjoy both, straddling the line between high and low maintenance depending on the day. Girl, wear your heals to the grocery store if you want. There’s no right way to be a woman. But this post? It’s full of the typically girly things that make me smile.
