You may have seen from my stories that I spent Monday night in a gold dress and velvet booties doing a photo shoot with some of my Bubbles & Bloggers faves for Urban Jungle. I’m not here to share any of those looks- yet. I’m hear to tell you that no holiday outfit is complete without the shoe.
I kind of really love my red velvet beauties (first seen here). My mom, when I sent her pics, told me I looked like Dorothy. I don’t entirely think that’s a bad thing. Much like Cinderella, my girl Dorothy had her life completely changed by shoes. I do believe that shoes hold a certain kind of power. Shoes never make me feel fat or too busty or too pale. I’m now up to three pairs for my wedding. I just love shoes!

For the holidays there are so many different type of events, and I think each one calls for a different shoe. The gold booties for a rocking night out for New Year’s Eve, the patent booties with jeans and a chunky sweater for Thanksgiving, the red bow heels for your office holiday party, the sneakers for everything because sneakers. Those are just my snap ideas.
