It’s Friiiiday Friday gotta get down on Friiiiidayyy! I’m finally feeling like a human again after a nasty allergy/ sinus infection/ seasonal bug(?) and I’m entering full-blown wedding mode. I even went to go check out a venue this week! Tell you what- being engaged has made me even more of mush than usual. Like I cried when I was watching Trainwreck- but how cute was this scene for real?

You Are My Happy

This week on The CaroLøve:

This weekend, I’m going back to Laytonsville to have a slumber party with Mama D and her 1st grade Quad Squad (those are teachers, not the babies!). Saturday, I’ll be meeting with my favorite seamstress/ dress maker to talk out some wedding dress ideas. Kendall wants to be totally surprised about the dress, which is awesome, but I’ll gladly share my idea with anyone who’s willing to listen. 🙂

Two of my bridesmaids (!!) and I met up for dinner earlier this week at Chaplin’s. If you’re a fan of ramen + funky HH cocktails, get there immediately! I recommend The Cure for libation and the Chaplin for ramen. Get a couple to desserts to share!

The girls also spoiled me! Among other gifties from my Tiffany for Christmas and my upcoming birthday, she got me this miss to mrs. tumbler with straw. She types as she sips her third water of the day. Kaytee surprised me with the whimsies fun bangle. Do my girls know me or what?

One of the friends I made during my year of weddings last year posted this video last night. Thankfully, I don’t think we’re have the same amount of drama while planning our wedding, but I was still cracking up watching this.

Two outfits I’ve seen around the blogosphere this week that I LOVED: Lauren looked adorable in her Stripe Dress + Gingham Shirt and Rox was a stunner Mixing Fancy Pieces With Affordable Ones.

I gave up shopping for Lent (clothes, shoes, purses, jewelry, etc.), but in case you didn’t- SHOPBOP is having a huge sale!

Have a great weekend! I’d love to know all about what you’re up to in the comments!
