Cheers to the freakin’ weekend! One of my bridesmaids is getting married this weekend so Kendo and I are heading up to my half-motherland New Jersey for a super fun wedding. I can’t wait to see her dress because, unlike me, she’s kept it totally under wraps! Brittany (or BHy) was one of the reasons I actually stayed at Rider after a hellish first semester… and second come to think of it! She and her Bob were made for each other and I wish them many happy years.

The Formation design is actually something I came up with for my own girls and happens to be one of the most popular designs in my shop!

What I bought & what I want

I told you guys I needed new denim. I ordered a few different styles from Nordstrom Rack. One pair is flat going back because it’s too small AND too big and I haven’t decided about these Ankle Biter Skinny Jeans. I love the wash but they’re not as fitted (or cropped) on me as they are the model.

We’ve been having some really gross, wet days. My umbrella is cute, but this kittycat umbrella is way cuter.

Because I’m totally indecisive, I’ve yet to pick out a crystal that I can wear every day. But I think I’ll end up with something delicate I can keep on my wrist with another bracelet that literally never comes off- like this Quartz Bracelet.

On Wednesday night, I went with my old roommate to Twilight Tattoo. (You may have seen my Insta stories and been like wut? but it was actually really interesting and touching. It was basically a pageant of the United States Army since its founding with skits, music, and drill routines. Not going to lie, I left feeling EXTRA proud of my National Guard husband and for all of my family who have served through the years. DC locals- you should check it out!
