Happy Friday!

Kendall is still in AZ for work (again) so I’m heading back to Laytsonville tonight to do Joe’s Ride + Stride with my dad. It’s such a sweet even remembering Olney’s children who have died, including my own sister. I always run into families I grew up with and it’s always a nice community event.

When we were on the cruise, Kendall and I both got facials. I was told I had great skin but large pores. So when my local CVS was having a buy 2 get 1 free on NYX, I decided to try their pore filler. It makes my face feel like satin! No joke!

Loft has had some great sales recently and I’ve been revamping my spring wardrobe into ONLY things that make me feel fabulous. This was my Easter dress… and apparently I wore it backwards? STILL WORKED THOUGH.

I think because it’s springtime and pollen is a thing my eyes have been extra sensitive. I have a great cheap pair of glasses from Zenni, but I was dumb and didn’t get them with blue blockers. I went to my bff Amazon Prime and found blue blocker glasses WITH my (very mild) prescription! Under $10! Hoping they give my peepers some peace!

BEYOND excited that I can honestly do my entire skincare regime with Brandless now! They’ve added spray toner, eye gel, and face wipes to their lineup- plus the ability to make a subscription box. YAY!

I like the idea of a travel friendly makeup capsule, but I think I would actually use these mini pieces as my desk makeup. I’ve been thinking about starting a little desk collection of makeup for when I have events after work and don’t want to lug my makeup to the office and then the event. Thoughts?  via the small things

The idea of doing a skin fast is something I’ve never heard of before. I do like giving my skin a break from makeup, even though I don’t wear anything typically heavy. But BOY would I miss my skincare routine! Would you ever do a true skin fast? via Because I’m Addicted
