I somehow walked into Target yesterday evening and came out with nothing.
I know, right? Impressive. Especially considering there were so many soft things and colors that I loved.
If you saw my post yesterday, you’ll know that I’m already so tired of wearing coats and we still have a couple months left of winter, so it’s about the time of year where I start looking for alternatives-a Sherpa pullover here, a vest there. Today’s casual Friday commuter look was a sweater, vest, and a light fleece.
I’m also into both springy (pastel) colors and pops of brights, like the handle on the backpack below. I can’t even really pull off mint green with my coloring and I’m like, “yes we should probably get everything from Target in that particular color.” Maybe I’m forcing the seasons, but I want it to be spring so bad, especially since we really haven’t gotten so snow what is the point of it even being winter? It’s supposed to reach the 60s next week, so maybe I’m not too far off. #wishfulthinking
If you need me, I’ll be in my cherry-blossom colored chunky knit sweater sipping an iced coffee in my overheated office, hoping for a sunny weekend where I can drive around with my moon-roof open.
