Happy Veterans Day to every single soul who has served this country, past and present. I have the day off today so my Army guy and I are heading to Great Falls to hike the Billy Goat Trail and enjoy this beautiful country before we all start heading indoors for the winter. On Saturday, we’re catching the Iliza Schlesinger show at The Howard Theater. I can’t wait- she’s my absolute favorite comedian.

After September 11th, I basically wore patriotic inspired clothing whenever I wasn’t in my middle school uniform. Apparently, I’m not the only one who loves our flag in clothing. I also found the symbolism in Hilary’s concession speech pantsuit intriguing.
