It’s been a minute since I TGIF-ed it up. I mostly write my blog posts on my lunch breaks and for some reason, Thursday lunches have been almost non-existent. Even today (Thursday) I had barely a minute to myself and shoveled leftovers into my mouth between meetings. AND GUESS WHAT- I put in my two weeks notice and I will be moving on to a new job in August! So today really was a crazy day. So blessed to be able to come home to my sweet fiance and our cozy apartment to decompress after long days. A huge thank you to my friends and family who have been a great support while I freaked out at work for the past few months.

In case you were somehow absent from the internet yesterday, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Early Access has begun! I’ll post my picks for Saturday Shopping tomorrow!
Target has started making science-themed shirts for girls to encourage STEM curiosity. Of course, some people are mad that they’re pink, but I think anything to encourage girls to learn is great!
Well-known bridal company Alfred Angelo has closed its doors suddenly, and is radio silent as brides and ‘maids try to figure out what to do about dresses they’ve already paid for. Makes me glad I decided naht to go with them.
Segue into how I honestly think it’s bizarre that Thredup plans to open five brick-and-mortar locations by the end of 2017. But Buff Exchange made my skin crawl with anger every time I went in so maybe this is a good thing!
I can count on one hand the times I’ve taken off my bracelet with my sister’s initials, but the bracelets around it have changed over the years, currently on my mini-stack are 2 from Stella & Dot: the Melody Bracelet & the Wishing Bracelet – Bisous. So dainty + delicate but with a #summervibes + playfulness.
Super tardy to the party sharing this but it’s SUHCOOL that Julien was featured on the Draper James blog, showing off her fave spots in Georgetown!
Caroline (not me) is goals + I love her post on working from a home office and productivity!
Have a great weekend!
